Not recommend to be temporary staff in Japan

I have no job now!

Today is June 28th 2020. Corona virus is the big problem around the world. Many company cut HR cost. It means to cut staff. Especially temporary staff.

I do not recommend to be temporary staff in Japan under like this situation.

What is a temporary staff?

Temporary staff is special case. Your employer and your working office are not the same. You can work after your employer deals with the your working office.

It is high cost against usually full time job. Company merit? Whenever you can cut staff if you hope.

Who do you be temporary staff?

Usually Japanese join the company as full time employee after graduated school. It is like permanent deal. (Japanese company can not cut staff. It needs special reason.)

If you can not join the company as full time, your carrier start as part time job or temporary staff. Both are not permanent deal.

Another case. You may be temporary staff if not necessary to gain money. For example, you have assets. You are married. Your most important is freedom, not money. (Full time job demand you to spend 5days per week.)

Disadvantage to find job

I was temporally staff but I retired it. Because temporally staff is not good deal like above mentioned.

But I have no job now.

Because you can not get good skill as temporary staff. It was difficult. Company can cut you whenever hope. Also you can leave office if you hope. So you can not deal with important work. (Company do not know when you leave office)

You can only not important work. It is possible whoever instead of you. It is not good situation. I recommend to be full time job if you are to be employee. You can get many experience against temporary.

You want to be temporary staff when you can not join full time. Stop! Calm down. Full time job is better although you do not like.
